Jeff Houghton
Born and raised in West Kelowna, Jeff is the co-founder of H&H Custom Homes. He has his Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) and his Real Estate Trading Services License, so he is well-versed in all things business and real estate related. H&H Homes has come a very long way since its conception alongside his best friend Clark Hamagami in 2008, and Jeff's goal is to grow even more throughout the Okanagan by continuing to provide high quality homes and top-notch service. Outside the office and off the job site, Jeff enjoys reading, golfing, and spending time with his wife Jessica and their daughters Quinn and Blake.
Cam Humphrey
Born and raised in Castlegar, Cam is our Project Superintendent and Staff Liaison. His personality and knowledge as a Certified Journeyman Red Seal carpenter make him an integral part of our team. Cam has been working with us since 2012 and has worked his way through the ranks and proven his value time and time again. He thrives on seeing a project through from start to finish and creating an end product that both he and his clients are proud of. Outside the office and off the job site, Cam enjoys spending time with his wife Tess, coaching their sons (Preston, Easton and Shay's) hockey teams, and hanging out with his dog Jorja.
Rae Dobbin
Born and raised in Kelowna, Rae has been our go-to girl for all things design, marketing, sales, and admin related since 2018. She worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years before starting with us, but coming from a family of developers, she was destined to work in the housing industry. She has her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and an Interior Decorating Certificate. Rae has a passion for design and creating beautiful spaces. Outside the office and off the job site, Rae enjoys spending time with her family and partner Steve, their dog Obie and their cat Billy, as well as going to local wineries with friends.
Steven Koshey
Born and raised in Trail, Steve is the ultimate journeyman. Having worked on many industrial, commercial and residential projects, Steve brings a wide variety of skills and knowledge to our team. He's been working with us since 2017 and we're happy to have him as a full-time employee. Steve is our construction foreman, carpenter and safety coordinator. His passion and work ethic make him an important piece of the H&H team. Steve believes in creating professional relationships by establishing trust with his co-workers and bringing a positive attitude to motivate others to work to the best of their ability. Outside the office and off the job site, Steve enjoys spending time with his friends and partner Rae, as well as anything active or sports related.
Troy Shaw
Born and raised in Castlegar, Troy is one of our journeyman carpenters and construction foreman. Troy has been working with us since 2012 and is always up for any task. During his time with us, he's learned the ins and outs of the H&H processes and his extensive company knowledge makes him an asset to our team. He believes in taking the time to get the job done right and seeing every task through to the end. Outside the office and off the job site, Troy enjoys spending time with his partner Ashley and their son Jaxon and teaching him everything they know.
Jamie Gillmann
Born and raised in Kelowna, Jamie is our earthworks foreman. Jamie has been working with us since 2016 and brings his vast landscaping knowledge to the table daily. He is our go-to when it comes to getting the ground prepped for our new builds and tying up any loose ends. Jamie believes in working smart by conducting the proper prep and planning before diving into any task. Outside the office and off the job site, Jamie considers himself a movie buff and enjoys spending time with his family and discovering new music.
