We purchased a lot in Oct of 2019 in Tallus Heights, in West Kelowna. After interviewing 3 builders, we chose H&H Homes because of Jeff’s enthusiasm for his work and the quality of his show homes. When Covid 19 struck in the spring of 2020 we seriously considered postponing the build, but with his encouragement we decided to go ahead. The build started second week in May, with an estimated occupancy date of Jan 15, 2021. We rented a temporary suite within a few blocks of our new home site and since we are retired we checked out the build most days. Mid build we were able talk over some changes we wanted made and after discussing the pros and cons the changes were made. Over the build time we got to know several of his contractors all of who spoke very highly of him. Jeff issued weekly budget updates, which helped to keep us on track and close to our budget. In most cases, we were at liberty to use his preferred suppliers or choose our own. Any issues or concerns were dealt with promptly. We received the occupancy permit a month early on Dec 11, 2020. Watching the build daily we were able to see the quality of work and organization that went into the build. H&H Homes is definitely a highly organized quality builder. We would definitely use them again or recommend to anyone looking for this level of quality workmanship. Thanks Jeff and all of your team!

We have had a few houses built so we were aware of the issues and stresses that come along with it. We are pleased to say this was the best building experience we have had. Working with H and H Homes was totally stress free. Jeff’s knowledge and professionalism made every day exciting. When we thought we were confident on exactly what we wanted (or didn’t) he made suggestions that only improved the design of our new home and often saved us money. If he said he would look into something, rest assured it was done… and quickly. Being as we were renting during construction it was important that the house be finished on schedule. Jeff and his trades went out of their way to ensure that it was. His trades people are bar none the friendliest most helpful guys in the business. We constantly get compliments on the quality of construction. We are pretty sure this will be our last build, but if things change Jeff would be the first builder we would call.

We had the pleasure of using H&H Homes to build our home in Smith Creek in 2015. It was my husband and I’s first time building a home and Jeff walked us through every step of the planning, building, and finishing stages. He helped us stay on budget while getting all of the extra features and high-end finishes we wanted. We really appreciated the feedback on where to save/spend money and the H&H team offered great advice in each stage of construction. Jeff shows great attention to detail and was quick to solve any issues that arose. We were able to utilize the view from our backyard and create a custom fire pit for entertaining which is now one of our favourite spots!
